1. GROWZONE is leading our Global Inspirational Leadership Program
for the top 1% talent in our organisation. This includes all aspects
of engagement, design, and delivery.
The program is being monitored and supported by robust evaluation
through Global action learning projects, as well as an
infrastructure of Performance Coaches and Executive Mentors. GROWZONE

2. GROWZONE has also designed and delivered a pilot Performance
Coaching Program, to enable our organisation to achieve our

organisation to a culture of business partnership. GROWZONE

Escape recruitment -

Escape Recruitment are a £5m turnover recruitment business employing
over 45 people in Scotland. Our people have always been at the heart
of what we do.
We
invited Pamela Martin from GROWZONE to come and talk to us about
establishing a management development programme to link in with our
succession planning strategy. Pamela very quickly identified what was
required and started working with the senior team to help us to
identify what we required, and through this process we actually

British
Bakeries, part of RHM, is a £1 billion turnover bread
manufacturing company. The Glasgow manufacturing site has a turnover
of £75 Million and employs 325 staff. We were looking for a
specialist company to enable the operational management team to step
change into a high performing team, role modelling personal
accountability. We knew that a traditional training and development
approach would not work for us and therefore we sought a different
type of delivery.
When we approached GROWZONE to help us on our

Hovis Glasgow, part of Premier Foods,
is the largest bread manufacturing plant in Scotland with a turnover
of £80 million and 325 employees. We are custodians of two of
Britain’s most cherished and well loved household brands – Hovis and

with GROWZONE, the site Leadership Team embarked upon a development
journey. The development programme was shaped by input from all

Dron & Dickson

Dron & Dickson are a long established
SME with high growth ambitions. The company specialises in the
provision of electrical technicians who install, commission and
maintain electrical equipment in hazardous and heavy industrial
areas. In addition, the company provides a specialist wholesale
operation that ensures the right equipment is supplied to meet the
clients’ needs. We employ over 110 people in multiple UK site
locations.
Following a management buy out, I
wanted to re-set the company objectives and communicate the company
strategy to all staff, irrespective of position in the company. I
realised that I had been through a number of significant events in
both my private and professional life. I hadn’t taken time to
reflect on the company direction in relation to how I felt after
